I see a lot of people rip on this. I watched this when I was a kid, probably 5 or 6 at the time it came out and I loved it back then. Still got the VHS of it! It wasn't that bad in 1995. I know by today's standards it looks bad, but back then it was enjoyable.
shareIt is bad even for it's time. The animation in other 90s cartoons was far superior to MK:TJB. TMPT, Captain Planet ect. Little Norse Prince came out in 1968, still an alright film, it's animation was superior to MK:TJB.
As for the CJI, well it was 1995 but that was the same year Toy Story came out. CJI then may not be what it is now but Toy Story is proof that it was a lot more capable than MK:TJB had.
In short, both the CJI and animation were terrible even for a cartoon made in 95.
