Will I be able to play it with Intel Core i5 430m?
On IGN it said the minimum requierements were a dual core something. But how the hell am I supposed to know if that's better or worse than what I have?

Forget minimum when it comes to games. The minimum is Core2 Duo 2.0 GHz and recommended is Core2 Duo 2.4 GHz.
Or Athlon 64 X2 2.6 GHz.
Yours is a 2.53 GHz chip with 3 MB L2 cache and of course it can handle it. It is a newer generation chip. I have a Athlon 64 X2 2.7 GHz (rated 5200+) and it can handle this game easily with L2 cache of 1 MB.
The most important part is your video card. I hope you don't have some integrated Intel crap.
