In the episode "Theater Thug", Josh is getting beat up and arrest because people are mistaking him for a criminal. But what does drake do to help? Nothing, he just stands there and watches his step-brother get arrested. I mean, cmon, couldnt he atleast say something like "he's NOT the guy!" or something? What a dick.
Not to mention, he does lots of more dickhead stuff to Josh in the series.

Ok, I admit Drake isn't the most considerate guy, but what makes it almost-ok is that he's too stupid to be a dick deliberately. A lot of his dickheadedness just comes from lacking an attention span.
