Josh says "Leavin'!" in what context and episode?

All I remember from this show is Josh saying this line, and the way he delivered it was so hilarious.

Can anyone recall which episode and why he said it? He was talking about himself leaving.

I believe he says "Livin!". It was the season 3 episode Foam Finger where Josh tells Drake that he was in the living room and he says "Livin!".
