I know Gordon Freeman was 27 in HL 1,Adrian Shephard was 22,but could someone tell me how old is Barney............

It's never mentioned in the game but I guess he's slightly older than Gordon. May be 30. Because in Half-Life 2 he looks pretty mature.

He looks like he's 40 or 45 in HL 2.

25, he was 35 during the events of Half-Life 2.
