Village Voice review

Sounded like they didn't like it.

Besides the above, I've only heard reviews from mega-fans and I can't take thier opinion to heart.

I guess, in thinking of it as a homemade project, it should be evaluated using a different scale, but its not like The Flaming Lips, Brad Beesley, and others who worked on the project aren't professional artists with a lot of talent.

I, personally, think they should have made it a musical and gotten some financial backing to make it worthy of theatrical release. The Lips are well loved in Hollywood, it could've happened.
