How did they rate it when this hasn't(since ther's no release date) been released. I guess some early screening. But my question is when is it coming out??

They've been touring it at rock festivals and film festivals for months, and it's just starting to be shown in theaters all around the country. Many folks have seen it by now. I have. The DVD releases Nov. 11th.
