Now I'm Obsessed!

I know I am writing alot about this movie, and I am just waiting to get dissed, but I keep posting my thoughts to explain this movie in an attempt that someone will finally solve it. I guess because of that one user comment about clues in the first 35 minutes, to really appreciate this film, and not leave this movie a loser! Please know that I realize some people acknowledge this but don't care to try to understand it. I am a nurse, so I don't have all this time on my hands, although you wouldn't be able to tell by my posts, but maybe this is why I am so intrigued. At the beginning of the movie, (close to it) Ben walks past the Caretaker's office with all the security TV's and you see a man carring what looks like a body bag down the stairs towards the morgue, you also see the same plastic on the trees used in the building's renovation, during brief clips of the accident scene, and you see the camera focus on Elisa's shoe in the crash. Also, isn't that where he strands Elisa, in the canal or near there? And someone says on here the caretaker is the one who gets arrested at the end? Also shoes are a clue, but how? That is why this movie is so confusing because of the intention to make the audience overlook these details purposely.
