Anyone for Pi?

Enjoyable film for a Sunday afternoon, and I'm sure we all like seeing a beloved comic being raped for his DNA (another fun filled Sunday afternoon idea right there. Anyone fancy camping outside Eddie Izzard's?), but did anyone else think this movie "borrowed" a lot from Pi?

Borrowed a lot? I don't even see where it borrowed a little. The protagonists were bald loners and acted as narrators but the films are in no way alike.
