Terrible movie! (Lots to point out)

Yawn! What a bore! It took 2/3 of the movie to get to the point, and the point wasn't worth getting to.
Terrible acting, terrible writing. I was VERY dissappointed in this film.
And some things to point out:
1. Wouldn't a hitman find out what the target looks like, before going on the job? The guy who sent the hitman (Buck) knew what Rick's boss looked like. And apparently Duke is a pretty successful and well known businessman, so he'd be recognisable. And can't the hitman tell male from female? It's not like Eve looks manly! She was wearing a curvatious dress. And Rick said "he" when referring to the target on the phone with the hitman.
2. Why didn't Rick check Duke's office for Eve?
3. Why would Rick call in the hit, when he knew his daughter left the party with Duke, thus putting her in danger of getting killed?
4. Why would he only use the yellow jacket and santa hat as his description of Duke? That describes the whole management team at the party.
5. Everyone hates their boss, and we'd like their job, but does that mean we want them to literally die? It's a little outlandish that it would go that far, especially enough times for someone to make a business out of it. And it's even more outlandish for Rick to all of a sudden want his boss dead, to the point he go through with it, and shell out 10,000 bucks for it.
6. Why would Eve hook up with some sleazy older guy, who is pathetic enough to get off on cyber sex? She's hot enough to get any guy she wants, but all of a sudden she wants this guy, just cause her dad calls him Big Boss?
7. Could they get at least one other person than Agnes that had at least a little acting skills? This was some of the worst all around acting I've ever seen, even by bit characters who didn't have much to mess up with.
8. This film is nothing like it is described on the back of the DVD case.
9. How did Rick know his daughter's password? And why would she not log off, rather than leaving that smutty site on her computer? Hide the evidence girl! lol
10. Why would both Rick and Eve assume "Big Boss" from chat was Duke, just cause Rick calls him Big Boss, and he had Big Boss as his e-mail name in the office? That doesn't mean it's the same guy. There could be millions of people on that chat room, from anywhere. Anyone could have used that screenname. Yeah, it was Duke, but why would they assume so? And why would they BOTH come to that same absurd conclusion separately?
11. Whit the millions, maybe billions of people on the internet, what's the chances you would end up cyber sexing with your co-worker's daughter? 1 in a million at best. (It'd probably end up being SOMEONE'S underage daughter, telling you she's 18, and a size DD lol, either that or some bald 60 year old guy pretending to be a young girl lol, but the chances of it being the coincidence it was in this movie is not very believible...)
The only thing I liked about this film was Michelle reappearing at the end, as "the new girl" at the storage center. This added two things: 1. It brought the storyline full circle, as the person who put the "curse" on Rick was there to see him hit rock bottom, and 2. It put a nice cap on the running gag of her not being able to hold a decent job.

#9: Eve mentioned that she used "imissmom" as a password.
