No All in the Family episode 12

I watched the W network in Canada and that's where I discovered this show. I love it. This summer they aired it almost twice. They started with the pilot and then went from 2 to 17 skipping 12. Then they restarted again at 2 and finished at 17 skipping 12 again. They were airing Monday through Thursday. In August they aired the last few episodes on the weekend as well. I checked and the network doesn't have 12. It was never supplied by the distributor. They only way we'll see it is on the DVD whenever that gets released.
