The best way to play is to have
All weapons, unlimited ammo and invinsibility.
You can blow things up with the granade launcher without dying, your car never stalls and you don't have to go to a safehouse everyminute. Plus the granade only has 1 granade per game so you need unlimited ammo to use it without restarting every second.
I all cars thing wasn't new to me since I had most of them, and I opened Istanbul which is great.
I hate that you have to get all 10 Timmy's in one game, I got like 8 in Miami, I shut the game off and it says I have 2 out of 10. The one across from my house is always dead but the others return.
BTW the granade works better than the gun to get Timmy, also all of the cheats.
