R+B song

What was the significance of the R&B song that Rodrigo asked the sister about, at the end of their supposed first meeting? What was that song? "Yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah..."

reply

an inner joke that belongs to the original film, the Argentinean 'Nueve Reinas'. Very funny.

I hope that was just a joke n' it wasn´t something that they cut of at the final cut, 'couse if they did so it would be another shame on this remake. At "Nueve Reinas" the character asks for the name of a song several times, n' the 2° time you watch the movie you realize that he just ask to the ones that are part of the con.

I never paid attention to that.... I will next time I watch it...

I just watched this DVD this morning.

My interpretation of him going Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, was his way of signaling Valerie that Richard took the "bait" (after meeting with Hannigan).
