Whenever I see Art Webb in any of the cky movies, they put Art Webb 1986....why do they do this?

The same reason they put "Bam", "Raab Himself", "Rake Yohn", or "Random Hero" on the screen anytime they appear. Just a nickname. I think DiCamillo is the only one without a nickname.
Funny question coming from someone named "dave-1457."

DiCamillo has a Nickname: Dico. And "Rake Yohn" is Rake Yohns real name

Rake's real name is Ted Webb, he is Art's brother.

Rake Yohn is not his real name..

His name is Ted Webb (Art Webb's bro).

Rake Yohn is a name given to him by Dicamillo...

I guessed they were brothers coz when art is standing on top of a ladder Rake throws something at him causing him to fall and they have a pretty brotherish fight. Plus they do look similair.

I first thought that Art Webb was Rake in 1986 hence "1986" but i now realise that thats would be completely stupid.

He wanted the reason for the nickname not the fact that everyone has a nickname.

It is because he listens to alot of music from that year so they call him Art Webb 1986.

Rake yohns name is Theodore Webb not ted webb

If you look at them both its very obvious they are brothers. They look so much alike...
