Marissa told Ryan to pull over. He's all "Where?" Like, he literally could have just braked the car and then turned around once Volchok was next to them.

Also, I heard rumors that they filmed deaths for other characters too, whether to give themselves a late choice on who to kill (though it sounds like everyone wanted Mischa gone, including herself), or to misdirect media. Was there anything ever said certain about that one way or the other? Even if not canon they'd still be cool to see.
