S05 E03 - Face for Radio : Why don't they repeat this?

I've been slowly watching my way through the whole New Tricks catalogue, over a few years as they are shown on a Sky channel.
One episode that they do not seem to show is S05 E03 - Face for Radio. Does anyone know if there's a reason for this?

For example one of the channels (Drama), but they seem to be ignoring episode 3 (1, 2, 4, etc). Not particularly bothered, and know I could look for another source, just curious as to reason. (copyright? possible slander? etc).
