You shoukd see some of the dodgy ghost tours I've been on in Australia...they use phone apps to pick up chicks...opps i meant spirits.
One of the people on tour went crazy coz their EVP phone app went mad on the bar area..right next to the fridges that were running and using electricity LOL.
In a nearby town there was a ghost running coz the lady who was running it claimed the whole town was haunted. She even wrote a book on it and listed the exact locations of the supposed hauntings (which angered the locals who lived there coz ghost hunters would rock up and annoyed the residents). The ghost tour lady passed away 6 years ago and all the hauntings stopped (you could tell it was just simply the tour lady making stories up and making money for it!)
