Does anyone know if any of the episodes feature good apparitions (orbs do not count!!!!). I downloaded all of Season 4 from I-Tunes, and while there are some confusing sounds that may be paranormal (although "Guild Hall" includes some of the most compelling ghost footsteps that I have ever heard), a few orbs, the apparition activity has been almost nonexistent. Yvette claimed to see a woman's image in a mirror at one point (although it looked ambiguous to me) and there was some movement in some woods captured on film (could be an animal moving), I find it kind of strange that the ghosts that haunt these places will appear to regular people in all their supernatural glory (i.e. as apparitions), but seem to make feeble attempts at making themselves present even when 1) specifically requested to do so and 2) addressed by mediums who supposedly attract spirits to them, and so should have better success than "lay" people.

There has never been any ghosts yet lol, if you're on season four then you'll see some orbs, but even they disappear in the newer series. Now they just spend all the time at a Ouiji board asking "do you mean us harm?" and insulting the "spirit" as soon as it says yes. Karl and Stuart get more pathetic and like five year olds with each series:
"Throw Karl out that window"-Stuart
"No don't say that"-Yvette
"Yes, do it, it would be good if that happened wouldn't it? It would be proof."-Karl

There hasn't been any apparitions caught on film although there was the episode at Drury Lane Theatre Season 1 Ep 4 where Derek was at the bottom of the staircase and all of a sudden the crew went crazy saying there was a apparition of a man behind him carrying chains and through the audio you can actually hear chains rattling, the same night Yvette, Jason Karl and someone else were about to walk down some stairs when they screamed and came running back down the hall saying they all saw a pair of legs walking down the stairs, no top half of a person just a pair of legs.

They've indeed caught plenty of apparitions at castles, like one in S1 where spooked make-up girl Marcelle says 'Theeere!'.

A clear apparition appeared in front of a fireplace in an episode aired in 2005.
