This truly is the greatest anime ever made, imo.
I was astouned and captured by the intense action scenes, the horror and the cruelty, aswell as the compassion and love within the environment and characters..

This is by no means made for for children, as the violence in the scenes are really horrific at times. My childhood friends and I all had nightmares as a result of watching the series, but we loved it at the same time.. still do.
It's just incredible!

I implore you to get hold of this magnificent anime, and watch it. you won't regret.

only one thread about my favorite cartoon van't beleive it. ASNd the musci I still isten to it even thou it has been a couple of years since I saw the movie

i don't get why they recommend the Amazing Race if you like this show.
Anyone notice that?
Wolf's Rain would fit better.
Unless there's a anime show called The Amazing Race I haven't heard about.

This show is cool. It should get more attention.

Yes. It's actually quite better than Silver Fang, more entertaining for me. I can't find it on IMDB either, but all the eposides are on Youtube.

I just finished watching Weed earlier today, but I don't think it was nearly as good. It was great on its own, it was real cool seeing all the old characters like Smith, Ben and Akame in their latter days, but the story was just too much of a rip-off from the old SilverFang adventures. Who really liked Weed, as a character, I actually hated him! He was so much like SilverFang I almost puked. But still a great show. It had more badass attitude than SilverFang, though. And certainly equally great characters as in the original, like Jerome (definitely the coolest).

This was the first anime I ever saw, I practically grew up with it. The big event of those weeks, was when you could rent the old movie with the swedish sound, and just watch.

I prefer Gin over Weed any day, though. Weed risks his entire crew because he don't want to kill villains with a name.
