Stephanie Leonidas was excellent as Tracy
All the acting in this drama was excellent, which was picked up by reviewers, however as is to be expected it was James Nesbit and Philip Davis who got all the praise. That sounds like I'm complaining- I'm not, they deserved their praise and obviously the most well-known actors in the cast are the ones which are going to draw the most attention, but I think Stephanie Leonidas was overlooked as Tracy Broughton. She's an unknown actress (correct me if I'm wrong) but I hope she gets more work after this. I have no idea what the real Tracy was like, but I liked how she was depicted in this drama, as a real person with faults, and Leonidas displayed so much emotion on screen playing the character. The guilt she felt from witnessing the event, having to live with it and the fear after she thought people would be after her for going to the police and her agitation in the trial were all very believable, as was the other side of Tracy's character, the typical teenage girl who was a bit of a diva.
Anyone else agree?
