How did the bad guys know about the park meeting?

One thing I can't figure out in the movie. Alex gets the information for the park meeting at an internet cafe so the bad guys (who are monitoring his computer) didn't get the info. He's on the run from the cops so I assume they have now idea where he is. And the head bad guy is talking on the phone a minute before and says he didn't know about the park meeting and has no idea where Alex is. Then in the next scene, the bad guys are watching Alex in the park. So how did they find out about the meeting?

The big guy at the internet cafe who lets Alex go first, he actually says, "You were here first.", is one of the thugs (we see him at the park in the next scene). He sits down at the PC next to Alex and presumably read the email over his shoulder or when Alex was gone.

it was also in his e-mail right? im sure the baddies had that on lock down.
