as I want to see it before the movie adap is released. Or can it be downloaded as I would rather not spend any money...

Are you suggesting downloading it from a pirate streaming video site? I think that's shocking.. to imply that you might download the entire series free of charge from tudou.com for example.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

Hopefully BBC Four might repeat it on their Saturday night drama schedule. At least I hope so!!!

It's less than £4 on Amazon, £5 on HMV.

A two disc set with nearly 6 hours of tv - a bargain and well worth the money surely?!

You can also borrow the series from your local library. If they don't have it they will get it for you. That's how I viewed it.
