Nicoles Ritchie hidden talent.. Figure skating?

In Season 3 episode 3 when Nicole brought that dude to go ice skating, she demonstrated she can do the spin easily... im just surprised she didnt use this talent of hers to go to new heights

She mentioned in season one in the very first episode that she never had a job but was a professional figure skater.

It's so funny to me because she mentioned it in season 1. And I thought just funny joke or something. Then in season 3 or 4 I could be wrong. They show her figure skating and I just start laughing because years later it's revealed she was telling the truth.
