Prop spinner belt w/ rhinestoned Anfernee

I recently acquired a spinner belt buckle w/ belt that says "Anfernee" spelled out in rhinestones ... It was labeled as being from Scary Movie 4 but dont see it in the movie ... Anyone know what it's from? Thanks ;)
