shareI think the movie wanted you to see how differently you felt about Aviva, her wants, the things she did, who she did them with, based on the changes in her appearance. They all were her because the movie states that people never change.
Physicaly there was no real one. They were all the same person because they were Aviva. "X does not equal Y."

I think that's just because the different actresses are themselves arranged like a palindrome. In other words, we start with the same actress/letter that the film/word ends with.

no clue though, but i like it that way. it keeps you guessing and i'll probably be thinking about this movie up until i fall asleep tonight

I think she was the best too. Probably because she looked to be the right age and she seemed natural. Others were obviously way too young or way too old.

I have mixed feelings about this, after seeing it several times I still come away from it thinking that either they were all the "real" Aviva in some way, or that none of them were.

shareMakes sense, I like how the actresses who played Aviva were all shown as a Palindrome, having the first also be the last so it comes full circle, it can be a bit jarring though. I wish they had shown Huckleberry Aviva more, I thought showing Aviva as a boy was an interesting concept but it goes by so fast that unless you pay attention you miss that moment.
