i have read the book, but havent seen the movie yet, but is Pablo Schreiber "big" enough for the role as hank? sure dont look like it from the photos i have seen

Yep. He played the part quite well. He's a big guy with broad shoulders and big arms.

he's ok, but not like i imagined hank to be. not quite big enough and definitely not crazy acting enough.

he did alright tho, just not the Hank i had in mind

I thought the same thing. For some reason, I imagined him to look like my cousin when reading the book - a beefy guy with a little goatee and a shaved head - but I guess people envision different things when reading the book. I plan on seeing the movie soon. The book rocked.

Yeah I imagined Hank looking similar to someone like Ethan Suplree.

I haven't read the book, but I am currently watching the movie and I think the actor is doing a good job as the character. Hank looks like some kid with a lot of pent up anger ready to explode at the slightest crossing.

I haven't seen this flick but did read the book (loved it), and pictured Michael Cudlitz of Southland and Band of Brothers as Hank.

I have seen enough to know I have seen too much.
