Great Movie!

Knots is a really fun film. (Definitely better to see the DVD version – Lifetime cut some good stuff out.) It’s clever without being overly pretentious. Dramatic without taking itself too seriously. And I cannot count how many times I laughed out loud. It’s refreshing to find characters who are so real. The dialogue is so natural – just the way you and your friends would talk. And who knew John Stamos’s career wasn’t over? Seems this movie put him back on the map. Incidentally, does anyone see some blatant similarities between Cal in Knots and Jake in “Jake in Progress.” A little copyright infringy to me. Anyway, Knots is an all-around great film. It’s sweet and sincere, while being edgy and funny at the same time. Check it out!
