Favorite line
Lots of hilarious parts in here.
My favorite has to be 'I don't speak Italian?' 'thats what I said, 3rd best. Just keep your *beep* mouth shut'

shareFASSBENDER: "We need to be calm..."
SCHWEIGER: "Do I not look calm?" (sharpening his knife)
FASSBENDER: "Well, since you put it like that...yes, I guess you do."
[okay, maybe that's not the exact dialogue, but close enough]
When Fassbender’s character accepts his fate that he isn’t leaving the basement alive.
“Well if this is it old boy, I hope you don’t mind if I go out speaking the kings”
“There’s a special rung in hell reserved for people who waste good scotch, and seen as I may be rapping on the door momentarily”
*downs scotch*
Guys facing certain death but sacks up and goes out like a fuckin gangster.
"...go out speaking the Kings" is just such a great, elegant, "British" line -- I figure QT took it from some other movie, but no matter, its his now.
I also like when Waltz has Pitt and The Little Man captive and points to a radio man in the corner and says something like:
"..and that radioman over there is very important to us...his name is (stumbles, angry with himself)...ah, well, his name doesn't matter."
Actually I like the exchange:
Landa: Is it fair what nicknames others give us? You, they call you The Little Man.
Office Guy: Wait...they call me The Little Man?!
Landa: Yes, and actually, you're not that little. You're short, maybe, but not circus midget short...
Doesn't Landa call anyone whose name he can't remember, "uhh . . .Hermann"?
shareyahh he does it during the entire film. i read somewhere the line was supposed to be " herr Mann " as plain 'army man' meaning Landa reminded everyone lower rank that he was the boss.
haha if it's true I love that detail
"I heard that deal you made with the brass. End the war tonight. I'll make that deal. What about you Eutivich? Would you make that deal? I don't blame you! Damn good deal! And that pretty little nest you've nestled for yourself. Now if you are willing to Barbecue the whole high command, I suppose that's worth certain consideration. But I do have one question. When you get to that little shack on Nantucket Island, I suppose you're gonna want to take off that fancy looking SS uniform. That's what i thought. Now that I can't abide by. What about you Eutivich? Can you abide that? You know if it was up to me you wear that godddamn Nazi uniform for the rest of your ****** sucking life. But I digress. At some point you're gonna have to take it off. So then I'm gonna give you a little something you can't take off. Eutivich, I think this just might be my masterpiece!"
