So Terry is in a terrible car accident that also kills her brother Paul, and all she gets is one little bandage on her forehead?

Yeah, Hollywood. I mean sure, she can't have bruises throughout the film since she's the star and she needs to look the way she always does when she goes to the school. But you'd think they'd still make a little bit more effort.

She is suppose to have been in a brief coma, we do not know how long and in theory she could have healed some. Also some people do walk away from horrific accidents with only minor injuries. My grandma some how managed to roll her car twice, and despite memory problems since, her physical injuries from it was very minimal in comparison to the seriousness of the accident.
