I found it more disturbing, more well-executed, and thought it made marginally more sense. Which did you prefer? :)

I agree, then the old lady reveals her hiding place by reaching for a chocolate truffle on the floor or something, hilarious!

Yes, it's on a DVD (sometimes packaged with the second one too) put out by Image Entertainment. There are a few nice bonus features like an interview with the director.
