The custard?!?!

What was with the custard and the purging? The way the guy said "you're not from nogoya, are you" and the fact that the waiter was mostlikely gay gave me a suspicion that it was made with his semen...which is gross.

but idk....the movies theme was so complex, im not even sure anymore...anyone have a better idea?
