This is the best cross-over film to date and definitely deserves an 8 at the very least.
Of course American Desi takes the cake for being the first of its kind but Flavors and American Chai are not far behind in that genre.
I must have seen this about 5 times already (that's a lot for me) and love the spot-on observations. Anjaan Srivastav and Bharati Achrekar were absolutely brilliant as Mr. & Mrs. Gopalkrishna.
Whole Heartedly Agree, this was a very very good movie.

i have seen it thrice myself.
It's the only movie I know that is not about American Born Desis but the FOBs.
Well, one reason of low rating can be that it's very context specific. Having gone through the desi consulting myself, I could really appreciate it.
Well now its catchin up d ranking (currently 6.7) . I m also not sure abt low ranking but less thn 200 votes wil not giv a clear view.
