I'm not really interested in this project, it looks a bit silly. But I was wondering if this movie was already finished before Anne Bancroft died, or did they use some kind of computer technique to give a caracter her voice from other movies and recordings of her?

All of her sequences were recorded before she passed away.

that is correct. In animated films, they usually record the talent's voice first before animating (one reason is that they need the final dialogue in order to animate the correct mouth movements to the words.)
