The dancers outtifits and makeup at the end..

The movie is pretty blah but watchable throughout- however, the only thing that has constantly bothered me were the dancers outfits with the random 'hmm' vmm'etc on their shirts, odd geisha makeup, and even odder blue wigs? what relevance does that have on anything?!

maybe i'm missing it.
