I got this film through Netflix. Having worked in the health care
industry, I was interested in the subject matter. It's such an
authentic portrayal of this sort of environment, and the photography so
aptly captured the sterility and tedium. A wonderful film, I thought.

Amen -- I agree. There are not enough films out there (any?) that capture the stark realism I saw in this film (through first-hand knowledge).
