Great little movie... very underrated in my opinion. anyone else like the score from this movie? very trippy and dramatic. sorta reminded me of the 21 grams score. anyone know if the score is availble on a cd for this movie?

The score caught my attention. The score in this movie was haunting, sometimes foreboding. At times it made me think of a long, depressing winter setting in. I don't know if the soundtrack is available for purchase.

In particular there is one scene early in the film where Naomi Watts retuns home to rest. Her daughter is watching astronauts on tv. As she goes to lay down (an subsequently breakdown) the beautifully ambient score sucks you into her guilt and grief - all the while, the background sounds of astronauts create an incredible sense of isolation. Its painfully pretty and like most have described 'haunting'
