I hope this returns for a short but excellent final season!

It's beginning to feel as if enough time has passed since the last season, for this to feel fresh again.

I'd love to see Sean and Christian back on our screens, maybe in another country this time, and with them working in a new clinic with a new type of amazing technology. Something high tech that blows their minds and gives them the edge on other places.

South America, London, maybe an episode in Los Angeles when Christian remained etc.

A tone closer to the first two seasons would also be nice to see.

Time to return!!!!

Netflix could totally revive this show, and make it awesome! But then again, nip/tuck was smart to end it after six seasons (shows like that should never go over six seasons if you ask me), and left a pretty satisfactory ending, so reviving it may not be the best idea. Had it been cancelled with lots of loose ends however it totally would be!

Second half of season 5 and season 6 was trash. Let it be!

I agree about those seasons ^, but they could do a final good season to end on a high note, closer to the first two seasons.
