Who remembers Mumfie?

Thouse who were children of the 90s, remember lots of realism cartoons that were along with disney's best at the time like Talespin, Mumfie was a realism cartoon as well for it does too, feature Reationships, backgrounds of heros, history, emotion and soul in the charaters, including a (certain mysterious bible unrevealed) unlike all of today's standard.

Who agrees with me?

Oh, I love Mumfie. My sister and I still watch it. I didn't realize it came out in '96 though... That means I was only 5 when we got it... Huh, I thought I was younger..... Anyway, I remember it, and I think it's a lot better than most cartoons nowadays.

Actually it WAS earlier. I can remember taking a (recorded) video of Mumfie to school with me (you see I pretty much fell in love with it after my second viewing). That was in about '94.

I have to agree with you though; out of the many shows from the '90s, it was truly wonderful.

I for one certainly agree. I've said how much I miss the old days when these shows were on. Mumfie... I could never forget that special little elephant or his adventures. I love him now as much as I did then.

reply

I remember this show! In fact, I believe this was one of the very first TV shows I watched, because my older brother watched it. I also remember watching some episodes in kindergarten. I re-discovered it 7 months ago, and I've seen every episode now that the series is on Hulu.
