In the Trivia, it comments that .hack//GIFT is the only episode of .hack to feature Nudity. This is infact incorrect. In the original edition of SIGN, in the ending credits, a siloueted Subaru stands, nude, covering with her arms.
I have the DVD, and I have made this discovery.

They're referring to visual nudity, meaning you can see details of the body.
If you've seen //Gift, you would know that the nudity in its ending credits are more, uh, noticiable than //SiGN's ending.

I have seen GIFT, but technically it's still innacurate, to say it's the only Episode of SIGN to feature Nudity.

True, but my guess is that they're going by the US aired ending.
