Inspiration for Slumdog

We get a view of the ‘real’ beautiful, gritty, splendid India by a non-Indian. Both are ultimately love stories between individuals and with the land. Having said this, Irrfan Khan is the only direct connection between the two. What do you think?

thought it was a great movie and the pre-context seemed like it set the scene for slum dog. Only this time slum dog had a happier ending.

I liked this movie better. Whoever thought the director for romeo and juliet directed this!
