Alan & Julia

After watching the movie a few times, I came up with a theory that the Julia
girl was hired by the producers to spend time with Alan. Maybe a local Cancun call girl? It did put a nice finish on his whole plot line, didnt it?

Shame if Julia was a plant. Alan was cool (IMO!). I've never related to any of these so-called reality show people. Except Alan...his awkwardness just made him more "real". Plus, I like how he stayed true to himself, be it drinking Pepsi, not wanting to be a fake player just for meaningless sex, etc. He just didn't give a damn...badass! lol

He reminded me somewhat of my younger self. Hell, I still agree how it sucks you have to play games for *most* women to notice you/like you. Preach! I'm married now, so dealing with superficial women isn't my problem anymore (though I guess I could still get dumped lol), but I still feel for the shy guys. I give Alan props, even when he came out of his shell, he still wasn't fake.

In the Extra Features, he said he had a girlfriend back home, so come to think of it, Julia may have been a plant. If not, I guess Alan's a bigger playa than I thought lol *If* the "gf back home" bit was true.
