Least entertaining sport to watch?

I find watching tennis... Painful. I find it flat out painful and I cant see anything atractive about it. I just hear that freaking ball sound and that damn silence, with just groans here and there and the viewers applauding at times. Its so freaking monotoneus that I cant deal with it.

Whats worse, a lot of my countrymen love that sport and the best tennis player comes from my region. I heard a lot of people saying "if you knew how hard it is, you would have more respect for it". Well I belive its hard, but I think walking on your hands for 10 miles is even harder, yet nobody would watch that, so the hell with tennis being hard and thus enjoyable.

Am I the only one? Am I the only one who hates tennis with passion?

I feel the same way about golf.

When you don't know the intricacies of a sport, you are less likely to enjoy it. I have no clue about golf so it is a real pain to watch it.

I love the way you put everything, especially about the silence that groans :)

Your sentiments are mine exactly, minus the groaning silence, about ... basketball. I fail to find anything interesting about overgrown boys going from one end of a long court to the other with a victory that occurs just because the time has run out and one team happens to be two points up from the other. I guess it might be fun to watch people dribble and it is darned fun to play but I can't imagine watching it.

I don't find tennis painful to watch, at all.
Least entertaining sports - that'd be soccer, golf, and car/motorbike racing. Yawn.

I love tennis and can follow golf without snoring. The one sport I actually find really boring is Baseball. I know it's "America's Pastime" and probably sounds unpatriotic, but I find it tortuous to watch.

I think it's much more fun to play than to actually watch. I have the same thing with basketball, much more fun to play.
