Subliminal Messages in this movie??? please help!

..When Kilmer stages the rescue of the criminals in the cop car. After he shoots up the false interior of that resturaunt. In the scene when he grabs fresh clothes off the line then shoots the condemned man some numbers pop up on the bottom left of the screen, they are really brief but there as clear as day. i cannot find any explenation for this. Anyone know???
