Obscure Napoleon Quote

I don't recall the exact moment, but I think it was approx 2/3 through the movie, and I think he was speaking to either the girl or Curtis, but Scott said, "You know what Napoleon said, 'Give me a man who is lucky'..."

I remember reading that quote attributed to Napoleon previously, but what is the full one. I can't seem to find it

His actual quote was:-

"Give me lucky Generals."

Napoleon would sometimes ask, about a man he did not know well, "Is he lucky?"

Napoleon was having an officer recommended to him and he responded "Yes, yes I know he has ability but is he lucky?"
