And he sure got brilliance out of Val Kilmer. Only Kiss Kiss Bang Bang brought out Val's true genius one more time after this one. They are both up there with the stunning Tombstone and The Doors.

May David Mamet live forever !

A fine film with an intricately involving narrative, with both Mamet and Kilmer at the top of their games.🐭

Liked him more in The Salton Sea and Wonderland. The doors was his greatest achievement. The way he spoke in Spartan was meh...
