Kilmer = Reacher

I have long thought that Val Kilmer would have made a better Jack Reacher than Tom Cruise. The one thing Cruise did well was the deductive nature of Reacher but we missed one of the unique parts of One Shot where Reacher bear hugs a man mountain of a bad guy to death instead we get in the film Cruise stamping his foot on Jai Cortney's head. Anyone else agree with me?

P.S. To anyone who goes on about Kilmer's weight. He would go on some training.
