What exactly does this mean? It is an awesome line, but I just don't get it. lol
Is he trying to say "Wake up and smell the roses" or "Open your eyes"?
I think he's saying "After the stress of a mission, you've got to calm down."
Since transmitting is 'active' & receiving is 'passive', I interpret him as saying "The job is DONE. Now you've got to 'switch off' -- RELAX and stop ACTIVELY looking for a problem that isn't there."
