ok so i got this movie because i like alicia silverstone and from the description i thought it was going to be some thriller movie but i mean honestly i do not get it. i do not understand why they couldnt leave the house and what was their original plan with the guy?
i mean i liked it in the fact that it had people i like and the acting was good but i mean the storyline is just weird to me. idk if its just because i do not fully understand, but what exactly was going on throughout this movie?

Basically, Violet and Grace wanted to bring a man in and use him to have a baby. Then, Violet fell in love with him...not part of the plan <3 Grace was extremely jealous and didn't want Violet to go anywhere. They had been brainwashed by their crazy father who taught them to channel the powers of their minds and they could do magical type things because of this. Grace was stronger in that regard, whereas Violet melted under all of it and went into a perpetual childlike state. Stupid Grace *beep* it up by bringing Violet back and killing Luke :( The only bright spot is that it caused Violet to find her independence and to leave for good.
