Getting to the point of calling eharmony to report an employee harassing Walter
shareIt was a good thing he didn't. While it was a plot device, Walter called for help, and Todd knew he needed more help than an issue sending a wink. Excellent customer service in a world where support people usually don't have the luxury of taking that kind of time. Besides, Todd was a nice addition to the movie, and Patton Oswalt did a nice job with that mostly voice role.

No still reporting harassment. There's no reason he should be calling Walter numerous times when Walt isn't calling him and keeps hanging up on him
