Installing Problems WTF

Hey all i bought this game a few years ago and beat it , both add on's also and i then uninstalled it to make space. Now here i am wanting to play it again and it wont install...Atfer installing half of disc 2 it asks me to insert play disc and when i do it then get's to 80% and say's INSTALLATION STOPPED COPYING THE PLAY DISC PLEASE GO TO C:\NEVERWINTER NIGHTS\NWN\ AND DELETE ANY REMAINING FILES THAT WERE NOT DELETED . it ask's me to delete it instead of installing it wtf....

i tried the game at a mate's and it worked fine, like i said the game use to work great on my PC also. Any help would be amazin !
